This is a brand new coat with tags. It has a black neck tie, two side pockets, a row of small black buttons down the front (some hidden) and the cuffs, and slight bubble hem.
Material: I don't know because I didn't see the label tag that contains this information. However, this coat is really thick and heavy, and the material feels like wool to me : )
Length - 35 in (88.9 cm), chest - 38 in (96.52 cm),  sleeve length: 23 in. (58.42 cm), shoulder width: 15 in (38.1 cm)
Note: Since this coat is so heavy, the shipping fee for one is $6.95, and each additional item is still $1.50.

FOR CLOTHING:
1st item - $4.95
Each additional item - add $1.50
Purchase over $100 - Flat shipping rate of $8.00

ACCESSORIES:
All accessories ship for FREE when bought with at least one item of clothing. If you only buy accessories, there is a flat shipping rate of $2.50

I'm not sure how well this rule will be applied at checkout time for you, so please choose "Request total from seller" when you check out with PayPal, before you actually pay. I'll send you an invoice with the correct shipping cost. I apologize for any inconvenience >.<
