Can I return or exchange my phone if I do not like it?
Your satisfaction and happieness is our #1 concern. If you are not satisfied with your phone or your service and would like to exchange it or return it altogether, just follow the Return/Exchange procedures located on your sales receipt. When and how will I be billed?
The only thing that you will be paying for today is the phone and if you want any accessories with your new phone. The service plan will be billed to you. Your first bill will be mailed anywhere from 1-30 days from the date you signed up for your new Verizon WIreless Service.
