Fabulous vintage!! Believed to be late 1940's taffeta dress by Emma Domb of California. Lable as shown says Party lines by Domb,Made in  California. The size label has been cut out but I believe it to be a medium/small dress.Measurments are as follows when I lay the dress flat Waist is 28" and the bust from arm pit to arm pit is 38".From Arm pit to waist is 9" and the skirt from waist down is 33 1/2" long.The top of the dress has two straps that support the top of the dress and an overlay of taffeta with ribbing detail that adorns the bust and surrounds the shoulders.This detail is also on the bottom of the skirt. Overall the dress is in good condition. The metal zipper looks to be original. As is true with all vintage dresses ( its over 50 years old people!) it could use a trip to the dry cleaner but I find no tears, no frays.There is some slight discoloration in the armpit area's but other than that for Vintage I'd say its in pretty good shape.Dress is shown over a petticoat which is not included. Shoes and necklace are not included.
