The other side, is a Touring Map of Baltimore/Washington and the surrounding area. This vintage MAP, is from TEXACO and was published in 1965. The pictures, on the front and back pages, are the same. They are respresentations of local Sights and Landmarks, including The Capitol Building, The Washington Monument, The National Gallery of Art and The White House. On both the front and the back, is a great image of the oh-so-familiar TEXACO Signpost. It evokes memories of road trips and rest stops. Printed, on one side, beside the vibrant Texaco Logo, are the words "Compliments of your TEXACO DEALER". On the other, "Your Neighbourhood TEXACO DEALER", with a blank space, intended for use with the Dealer's rubber stamp, sticker, or handwritten information.
