This Jewellery range is either gold or rhodium layered which is a 75 mil thick layer of quality 18 Ct gold heat bonded onto Jewellers brass. It has all the great characteristics of solid gold jewellery without the price tag, and each piece comes with a 3 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee not to tarnish, discolour or fade. What is Rhodium?

Rhodium. The rarest precious metal and a member of the platinum group of metals. Far more valuable than gold, it is both harder and shinier. Once a purely industrial commodity, it is fast becoming a top-choice investment. Just 25 tons of rhodium are mined each year and demand usually outstrips supply. Having hit a record $10,000 an ounce in 2008, the rhodium price is still trading at over $1,000 per ounce more than gold and is poised to rise again. Rhodium lends itself better to jewellery-makers, as it is more durable than gold and is often used in layers to protect gold jewellery.
