Q: When should I give a diaper cake or box of cupcakes?
A: Diaper cakes are an acceptable gift during the latter half of pregnancy or right after the baby is born. Since the cakes are wrapped in cellophane they will stay fresh for many months. They are excellent gifts for baby showers and perfect for hospital visits. Send one to a co-worker or to the expecting parents' home. They are a very thoughtful and useful gift! 
 
Q: How many washcloths do the lollipops have?
A:  They will have 1 large or 2 small but will all be the same size and very adorable. These make excellent gift toppers!
 
Q: How many washcloths burpcloths or onsies will the box of cupcakes have?
A: They will have 8 washclothes, 4 burp cloths or 4 onesies. We can also custom order a mixture of the products in one box.
 
Q: How many days will the diaper cake be used for?
A: Newborns can go through 6-8 diapers a day. Our three tier cakes will be about a weeks worth of diapers, 2 tiers will be good for about 3 days and cupcakes for 1 day.
 
Q: Are the diaper cakes glued together?
A: No! The cakes are secured and guaranteed not to fall apart during shipping however glue is not used in order to keep diapers and decorations in usable condition.
 
Q: What size and name brand are the diapers used in the cakes?
A: We generally use size 1 Huggies diapers and Huggies Pure and Natural in the organic cakes because of their crisp white look and superior performance. Size 1 fits babies up to 15 lbs.  If you would like a cake made in a different name brand or size please specify in your custom order form and we will be happy to do so.
 
Q: Do you have any gifts for grandmothers, aunts, godmothers, cousins or big sisters?
A: Yes! Our name bracelets can be made to say a name or title or choice! Also a big seller during the holiday season is big sister/brother Christmas ornaments.
 
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Each order will take 2 business days for handling and shipped first class or priority from Long Island, NY (which can take 1-5 days). You should place your order 8 days in advance to insure delivery by your date needed. Please take a look at our shipping section for prices.  After your order is shipped we will email you your tracking information.
 
Q: Can I have my order shipped same day instead of the regular 2 days handling time?
A:  Yes for a small fee we can create your order and ship the same day and rush the shipping as well. Please take a look at our shipping section for prices.
 
Q: Do you hand deliver?
A: Yes. If you live in Long Island, contact us for a hand delivery quote?
 
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Yes. At no extra charge we gift wrap all orders and include a gift card with a note of your choice. All diaper cakes will be wrapped in cellophane with a coordinating bow and a card listing all ingredients used on the cake. If the cellophane wrapper is removed the cake can not be returned. Washcloth cupcakes and lollipops will be personalized with the baby initials on an adorable tag as shown in the pictures of the washcloth cupcakes.
 
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We use PayPal for billing. Through PayPal we can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  If you wish to pay by check or money order please contact us for mailing instructions
 
Q: Is each order the made the same as the pictures?
A: Yes. All of our products are made to order.  We welcome custom orders. They are the same except for in the case that any ingredient becomes unavailable or out of stock we will contact you and replace with same or better quality.  Wash cloth gifts will be adorable patterns in the colors you choose but may not be the same as pictured. We can email you a picture of the final product before shipping upon request.
 
Q:  What is your return policy?
A: In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it.  Please see our return policy below.
 
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your order at any time by e-mal at [email protected] up until the moment it ships. Once it does ship we will not be able to cancel.

Rush handling fee (ships same day): $5.00
Regular and rush shipping are available. A confirmation e-mail with tracking number. If ordering more than one item, you will only be charged one shipping cost. Highest shipping price prevails. Baby mini-soaps are ordered through the 3rd party vendor. Please allow up to 14 days before items are shipped.

We strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If you receive your product and have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately through our contact form and we will work quickly towards a resolution.  Shipping charges are listed above and we offer regular and rush shipping.  If you wish to return your purchase for any reason we will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned item.

Returns
Every order is extremely important to us and we want to make sure that all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.  If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, please contact us by phone 631-587-0479 or email [email protected] within the first 5 days of delivery of your order and give us a chance to address whatever the issue may be.  If your purchase is received in damaged condition due to shipping, simply return the damaged item to us. We will issue you a return authorization number when you contact us--no returns will be accepted without one. We will ship you a replacement as soon as we receive the damaged one.  Purchases may be returned for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) if we cannot find a solution to whatever the problem may be  Again, we will issue you a return authorization number to include with your return and once we receive the item, we will promptly issue you a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).  Please keep in mind that all returns must be received by us within 21 calendar days of the original delivery date and absolutely no refund will be issued if the product is removed from the cellophane wrapper or box.  If you have any questions about our return policy, please feel free to contact us.
