HP 85721A CATV Measurement & Systems Monitor Card that has option 100 and includes a protective sleeve. The 100 option allows the Agilent 8590L, 8591C, and the 8591E spectrum analyzers customized, non interfering measurements on NTSC, PAL or SECAM format signals. This unit has been tested and ready for use.
