- Up for sale is a hood from 1979 Jaguar XJ6 4-door sedan
- The original color is white
- The hood is 32 years old and has obvious signs of wear. It has rust and paint cracking and will need a complete body and paint makeover.
- The hood has some rust (see photo)
- The hood on the lower lip that wraps under the light and grill has a rust hole (not really seen when affixed to an automobile)
- However the hood doesn't have any real soft spots (it could be brought back to life with alot of work) Do NOT buy this hood if you believe its bolt on ready!!!
- I am selling it b/c its hard to find re-pro's for this age hood
