That is tape you see on the monitor screen - easily removed!!!

--  This item was removed from a office complex.  It was sold to me working however I cannot confirm that.  I have plugged it up to test and the red light comes on as pictured. I think that its working but there is nothing on the screen. But, its not plugged into any camera's so i dont know if its working or not!!!   Please be aware of that when deciding what to offer.
