You are buying a used scooter... It plugs right into the wall for charging... Its a little dirty but she runs well :-)
I can ship the item but it will have to go via freight. I recommend shipping to a business b/c it costs extra to ship to a residence.
If you want to pick it up during normal business hours thats fine in 44012 (otherwise i can leave it outside for you to pick it up at your leisure)...
