Hanger on top with cord running from base. textured outside finish with plastic panels one of that which looks like a 4 pane window, one santa with sack (top is lightly melted but stays in slots) one with wreath reading Merry Christmas across center, and one with Christmas tree. measures approx. 10" tall. light rust spots along top colors darkening as white snow on top of tin looks like crackled off white (antique), no bulb included.
