Terms:
Payment-
Item price & shipping/handling/insurance (if required) is required received / cleared within 7 days of receiving invoice. Followed by NPB reminder invoice. Strike is filed on 14th day in most cases, which can be reversed if buyer has indeed followed through with payment which may have been held up buy postal service, unlike our neg. FB sellers receive if package is held up by postal delivery.
Absolutely no personal / business checks ~ these will be “refused return to sender” as unacceptable form of payment and NPB notice sent.
Postal money order & paypal payment are acceptable forms of payment. Financial institute M.O. are accepted but may be held as required by my bank up to 2 weeks to clear, which may result in held shipping.
Shipping-
We proudly recycle when we can. Due to the new changes, we may be required to ship priority mail to utilize free boxes as fuel prices have increased preventing us from traveling to pick up used, and buyer dissatisfaction of some types of recycled boxes. We will use a combined mix of new & used packing material when and if needed.
We package combined when we can safely do so, charging packaged weight size & max. of $3 handling for each combined box no larger then Large to save buyers on separate boxes.
If shipping calculator shows only priority mail option, this means we wither packaged with free box and / or rate was just as good. Handling fee starts at $2 to help cover selling & packing of non-recycled materials.
Some oversize items are local pick up, and / or require additional time and material to package when we can so the handling will be adjusted from $5 for local pick up to fee shown in listing.
If we feel the package is either valuable and / or breakable we will require insurance.
Under NO circumstance will we ship first class to international buyer as there is no way to prove delivery, and are very reluctant to even ship internationally due to the increased low ratings on ship costs which we do not control.
Shipments are generally sent every day some 48 hours other then holidays & weekends. Items are NEVER shipped until payment is cleared.
Returns-
Not accepted as recycled, vintage, antique items for the most part so be sure to inquire of anything you believe is not specified in item description. We do not dicker after the sale. If item is deemed not as described by receiver. Item MUST be returned within 24 hours for refund of purchase price / or store credit.
Claims-
Insurance claims can now be filed on line with most carriers, so be sure to save invoice, proof of payment, packing material included in the event carrier should require inspection. These claims must be filed by purchaser do to post office local and shipper can not properly describe or show damage claimed by receiver. We are happy to help where we can, so please don't hesitate to ask if help is needed.

Due to the nature of our business being used antique & vintage items, be advised these items may be listed as found / purchased. May be soiled, scratched, chipped, nicked, pealed, have slight odors. *We do try our best to describe and include these in item description* but there are occasions when we do not notice especially in vintage clothing, and books or puzzles.
