1. You will need to save a copy of invoice & tracking / confirmation in order to file claims since the package will need to be delivered to local post office or returned at receivers expense.
2. We print all postage on line and include buyer e-mail so they receive tracking and confirmation # when label is printed, buyer is responsible for tracking items shipped
3. Shipping takes place within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment weekdays only
4. We do charge a handling fee that includes insureance starting at $1.75 and packing materials ($3 base increase with insurance increase)
