CIVIL WAR ISSUE... 2nd 1863 issue. Very nice margins, beautiful GEM UNC condition. It is an Error note in that a bit of the gold printing is on the left edge on both the obverse and reverse, however this does not add to the value in that it is a minor error. It certainly adds however to its historical interest value. REFERENCE: F#1232. VERY SCARCE THIS WELL CENTERED, most are poorly cut.
