SHIPPING INFORMATION
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Payment confirmation must be received within five days of the auction closing. A complete shipping address is required; otherwise we won't be shipping the item.
All shipments will be sent to the EBAY address unless special arrangements have been made.
Most of our items will be shipped from Spain. In some cases from Buenos Aires. All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all transactions. We do allow returns for purchases if the item was found not to be as described. We will allow a credit for the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price, when customer satisfaction is not met. A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is returned to us in the exact same condition as originally shipped. Our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
Contact us by email within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise and inform us that you would like to make a return.
Item has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered, all original documents should be included with your return. If you intend to return your watch, do not use it or wear it. PLease make sure the merchandise is packed securely. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will verify the condition, serial number, etc. and issue the credit or refund.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.- Considering the age of this watch, we cannot guarantee that every piece is original. We have NO way of knowing.
3.- Payments must be received within 5 days.
4.- If there is a problem we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise . Failure to notify within 24 hours will void any possibility for resolution or refund .
Shipping charges are not refundable.
5.- We will not pay for any repairs that are claimed. All our watches are guaranteed, return them to us and it will be refunded. Please do not insist, there are no exceptions. WE WILL NOT PAY for any return shipping , taxes , duties or fees, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

7.- Watches with waterproof or water resistant cases which have been opened to examine movements and inside back covers can not be warranted to be water resistant currently.In some cases such as Longines and Audemars Piguet, both the case and the movement have the same number giving no problem of identification. Nevertheless in most other brands the case number does not match the movement number. Therefore we can only guarantee that ,in our opinion ,both case and movement are individually original.
