PoliciesStore Shipping ** Domestic Shipping Costs are for the lower 48 Continental U.S. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO, please contact us for a quote. HANDLING TIMES: All orders currently ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Larger orders and custom orders may take longer. * We can occasionally accommodate a RUSH; please ask before ordering. SHIPPING METHOD: UPS All beds and large items ship via UPS, include a tracking number, and are 100% insured. UPS can not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address. Transit times for UPS are 1-6 business days depending on your location. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. USPS All small items like our domino holders and paddles will ship via USPS priority and can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. PACKAGING: While we mostly use new packing materials purchased from a local supplier, we do occasionally use recycled paper and products. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International buyers will be responsible for any customs, taxes and fees that may apply to their specific country. We can NOT mark our items as a "Gift" since it is ILLEGAL to do so. Thank you for appreciating that we handcraft each one of our products. Refunds and Exchanges After receiving the item, contact seller within: 14 days Refund will be given as: Money back Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping and must provide a tracking number for proof of delivery. Return policy details: If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The customer assumes responsibility for all freight (this includes the shipping fee that we incurred in sending product to your residence, plus the shipping fee back to our warehouse) plus you may be charged a restocking fee $1- $10 depending on the item (s) ordered. Returns will not be permitted after 14 days. Damages: We encourage you to fully open and inspect your purchase upon receipt. In the event that visible damage occurs in transit or you find any defect, we ask that you contact us within 14 days. Any damage occurring in transit must be resolved by us with the freight carrier. If you can email a picture of the damage to us it really helps to speed up the replacement process. Defect: Please contact us within 14 days so we may promptly resolve the issue. The Crafters Nook will make every attempt to replace any damaged product and/or missing parts. Additional Policies and FAQs Typographical Errors, etc: While we attempt to provide the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our listings, our listings may occasionally contain incomplete data, typographical errors or other inaccuracies.
