Items must be returned within 14 days . Refund will be given as Money back. Refund policy details: Exchange option is available. You will pay for both side shipping. Simply return your merchandises to us and we will replace it or will refund your money. For returns or replacements we will issue you a RAN number. Please send back your item within 15 days in original packing along with the RAN. This marketplace cost us money therefore we charge 8% restocking fee for those refunds that are without materials/workman defects. In case of kids tall bots 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
