Policies

All payments on this site are accepted through PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use their system to pay with a credit or debit card. Payment is considered completed once PayPal no longer shows as "verifying".

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of payment completion, at which time you will receive a confirmation of shipment. Shipping prices are based on shipment within Domestic U.S. using preset shipping prices for each product. Combined shipping discounts will be applied at checkout for multiple item purchases that can be packaged as a single shipment.  If you wish to upgrade shipping or add insurance for your shipment, please note this at the time of purchase so this can be reflected on your invoice.

International shipments will be calculated once an order has been received and the country of shipment determined. As necessary, Crave Creation will issue an adjusted invoice for review regarding any additional costs of international shipment.

All shipments are packaged as securely and safely as possible to eliminate any damage in transit. If you should receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately to discuss return and replacement as necessary.

Refunds And Exchanges

If for any reason you receive a product that is defective, please e-mail [email protected] within 30 days so that arrangements can be made to resolve the issue with you.  Please note that certain items are not eligible for refund, as referred to within the individual product listing.

Wholesale

I am more than happy to consider wholesale and consignment requests. Please contact me with your proposal for immediate review.

Custom Orders

If you see something on this site that you would like customized to suit your needs, please contact me with your request for an estimate. The cost will vary depending on what you are requesting, and the availability of the necessary materials. Attempts will be made to try and fulfill custom orders within 14 business days but can provide a more accurate estimate at the time of request.
