Shipping

We process handling and shipment within 2 business days after payment is received.

We will contact you immediately with the photo scan of the shipment document once we have the item shipped, so you will be sure the item is handled and shipped to your requested address.

We ship worldwide with a standard air post service. Please, if not specified in the item description (sometime we offer free shipping too), contact us for an exact quote of the shipment fee.

Some foreign shipments will incur tariffs or customs taxes and brokerage in their destination country. These, of course, are payable by the buyer. For details, please contact your customs office.

For worldwide shipment, it usually takes 10-15 business days for heavier package, and in some rare case to 30 days. We would appreciate your patience, if the shipmment occurs to be slower than expected. Delivery confirmation and insurance is not available on worldwide items.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will accept returns if you contact us within 3 days of receipt of item and ship back to us within 3 business days of receipt. Once we receive the item, an inspection of the item status will be done. If everything is fine, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item only. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
