Shipping
Domestic orders will be shipped by priority mail in most situations. Books, service manuals and DVD's can be shipped by media mail. Orders are usually shipped the day after payment is made in full. We are closed on Sunday and Monday so we only ship Tuesday thru Saturday. We do not check emails from 5:00 P.M. Saturday to 9:00 A.M. Tuesday. We now ship worldwide. We take international shipments to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays only. All U.S. shipments will be picked up from our retail store by the post office. Insurance will be made available at actual U.S. post office rates. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any shippments if the purchaser does not take insurance.
Refunds and Returns
All items are as listed. Some of the items listed are also available for sale in our Retail Store and occasionally an item may be found to be unavailable after it is purchased in our Ebay store. If this happens, we will issue you a full refund immediately. We make every effort to keep this from happening by monitoring our Ebay listings and our retail store sales by updating our listings regularly. If you receive an item and are not happy with it because of a mistake We have made, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund upon return of the item.
