Shipping We will ship most orders by priority mail unless another option is chosen by the customer.  Repair manuals and DVDs can be shipped by media mail which is more cost efficient. Orders are usually shipped the day after payment is made in full. We are closed on Sunday and Monday so we only ship Tuesday thru Saturday.  We do not answer emails when our retail store is closed.  We will answer them first thing Tuesday morning when we return to work.  All U.S. shipments will be picked up from our retail store by the post office.  International shipments will be taken to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Insurance is optional and will be made available at actual U.S. post office rates. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any shippments if the purchaser does not take insurance. Refunds and Returns All items are as listed.
