Payment
Payment must be paid in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. We accept Paypal, U.S. post office money orders and Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card only. Money order payment made by any money order other than a U.S. post office money order will be returned to the sender delaying shipping of your item. Shipping
We will ship all orders by priority mail except repair manuals which are shipped by media mail. Orders are usually shipped the day after payment is made in full. We are closed on Sunday and Monday so we only ship Tuesday thru Saturday. We will ship to the United States, Canada and Australia only. All shipments to Canada and Australia will be taken to the post office on Monday and must be paid for by Saturday in order to get shipped the following Monday. Only shipments to Canada and Australia will be shipped on Mondays as they need to be taken to the post office. All U.S. shipments will be picked up from our retail store by the post office. Shippments to Canada and Australia will require insurance. For U.S. shippments insurance will be made available at actual U.S. post office rates. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any shippments if the purchaser does not take insurance.
Refunds and Returns
All items will be as they are listed. As some of the items listed are also available for sale in our retail store ocasionally an item may be found to be unavailable after it is purchased in our Ebay store. If this happens we will issue you a full refund immediatley. We make every effort to keep this from happening by monitoring our Ebay listings and our retail store sales and updating our listings regularly. If you receive an item and are not happy with it because of a mistake we have made you may return it within 7 days or receipt and we will issue you a full refund upon return of the item. We do not take any returns for any other reasons. Please ask any questions before you purchase.
