Up for bidding is this very nice Tea Tin.  This type tin is not necessarily an advertising tin as it does not name a particular brand, it is merely a Tea Tin.  This type tin was poplular during the latter half of the 19th century and in the early 20th century.  This Tea Tin  measures 4 3/4 inches from the base to the top lip of the tin and 5 3/4 inches from base to the top of the lid; Tea Tin measures 4 1/8 inches in diameter.  This Tea Tin shows some signs of wear as is typical of an item of this nature which would have been used almost daily.  The Paint and Stenciling is original.
