Red-necked Grebe (Horned Grebe) duck decoy with glass eyes.  The markings on the bottom of this duck decoy read: R Shourds - 1770 - Horned Grebe - Summer Plummage.  This Duck decoy is hand carved, has the original paint, is an original piece and is in beautiful condition.  This Red-Necked Grebe measures 9 3/4 inches from breast to tail, 5 inches in diameter, and 6 inches from base to the top of the head.
