Unmarked Gaudy Dutch/Welsh ironstone, Staffordshire plate with panelled sides, hand painted polychrome floral and gilt decorated with what appears to be a harp .  9 1/2 inches in diameter, Ca. 1800's. 

This lovely Gaudy Dutch/Welsh Flow Blue Plate is somewhat older than my other listing, and although there are no discernable chips or cracks, there is flaking in the paint as well as some crazing in the glaze which is to be expected with a piece of this age, but this is another amazingly beautiful find.
