  It is the Buyer's responsibility to follow up that their package is received in a timely manner.  If the buyer does not receive their package; the buyer needs to contact the seller to track the package, or buyer should check the status of package via the tracking number which is sent to them from the seller.  If the buyer sees there is a problem in the tracking information (i.e., no information showing up), or does not receive the product within the time frame outlined (per E Bay listing when item is purchased) it is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact seller!!  This information needs to be reported 3 days of the expected delivery date. USPS needs to open a case (a case number will be assigned) the sooner the case is open, the easier it will be to track.  The longer it takes to open the case, the more time the package has to slip away, and longer time for USPS to locate it.  Seller cannot be held responsible if the buyer takes longer then the stated time above, from 3 day receiving date to report the problem. If this should occur, buyer agrees that they cannot give negative feedback to seller, nor, hold seller responsible for anything until the investigation is concluded, which can take an undefined amount of time

    Shipping:  Shipping time is normally 3 days or less.  Days are business days (Monday through Friday).  Holidays are not considered business days.  All orders placed after 5 PM EST are considered purchases for the next business day.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order and before contacting us to find out when your order is being shipped.

·              When orders are shipped, we  send out  an  Email with shipping information.  If you do not receive an email, please contact us.  There have been times when there are glitches in the system, but, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us since we are unaware if this should happen
