How to replace your brush heads

To remove the brush head,

1. Grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counterclockwise (like a medicine cap)

2. Pull the head away from the handle.To attach the brush head, push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into

TIP: Use the brush head cap to easily remove and attach the brush head with a simple twistT

    Shipping :

  • Shipping time is normally 2 days or less (depending when your order is receivied) 
  • Days are business days (Monday through Friday).  Holidays are not considered business days. 

  • All orders placed after 5 PM EST are considered purchases for the next business day.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order and before contacting us to find out when your order is being shipped.

Products Arriving Damaged :

  • If product is damaged, seller will request a picture of the damaged product. 
  • The picture MUST show the product damaged at time received

  • By simply telling the seller that the product was damaged will not be acceptable for a return.
  • If there is a return, the batch number MUST correlate with the one sent to you
  • If your product is  not within the boundary of manufacturer defect nor shipping errors when received, we reserve the right to charge to challenge the return

  • We accept returns or exchanges on any unopened, unused products. If you wish to return your unopened, unused, product, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.  Returns will not be accepted without this number

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval or the return will not be accepted
  • The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returns.
