To remove the brush head,

1. Grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counterclockwise (like a medicine cap)

2. Pull the head away from the handle.To attach the brush head, push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into

  •    We cannot be responsible if your  account has the wrong address or any incorrect information listed.  We ship to the location that is listed .  If you want it shipped else where, you must notify us when you place the order, or put a note when you pay 

  • If the your address is incorrect in your account, and the package is sent; then returned to us; it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the expense to reship product.  If the buyer chooses not to pay the additional shipping charges to reship, the original purchase price will be returned to the buyer, LESS the expense of shipping the original Package ( this applies to ALL products, even those items that have FREE shipping).  Please check your address in your account!! 

  •   It is the Buyer's responsibility to follow up that their package is received in a timely manner.  If the buyer does not receive their package; the buyer needs to contact the seller to track the package, or buyer should check the status of package via the tracking number which is sent to them from the seller.  If the buyer sees there is a problem in the tracking information (i.e., no information showing up), or does not receive the product within the time frame outlined (per E Bay listing when item is purchased) it is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact seller!!  This information needs to be reported 3 days of the expected delivery date. USPS needs to open a case (a case number will be assigned) the sooner the case is open, the easier it will be to track.  The longer it takes to open the case, the more time the package has to slip away, and longer time for USPS to locate it.  Seller cannot be held responsible if the buyer takes longer then the stated time above, from 3 day receiving date to report the problem. If this should occur, buyer agrees that they cannot give negative feedback to seller, nor, hold seller responsible for anything until the investigation is concluded, which can take an undefined amount of time

Shipping :

  • Shipping time is normally within the next day  (depending when your order is received)  
  • Days are business days (Monday through Friday).  Holidays are not considered business days.  

  • All orders placed after 3 PM EST are considered purchases for the next business day.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order and before contacting us to find out when your order is being shipped.

  • When orders are shipped, we  send out  an  Email with shipping information.  If you do not receive an email, please contact us.  There have been times when there are glitches in the system, but, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us since we are unaware if this should happen

  • Please note that USPS website may not show any tracking updates until the time of delivery.  Priority mail offers a more complete tracking information and insurance is included at no additional charge
  • Shipping times do vary per location shipped to, 
  • The  Estimated  delivery times displayed at time of order are approximate delivery times only
  •  Per USPS:  First class mail can take 5-7 Business Days  Priority Mail 2-5 Business Days  Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days (this information is per USPS)     
  •  If you need your order expedited please inform us at the time your order is placed!!!

Products Arriving Damaged :

  • If product is damaged, seller will request a picture of the damaged product.  Please note the picture MUST include all pertinent information such as: damaged item, the condition of the package when received,.  A few photos of each are required. 
  •  For those items insured through USPS buyer must retain package to follow up with USPS.  This pertains to all products via Priority Mail. 
  • For those items insured through UPS or Fed Ex,  buyer must retain package to follow up with said carrie.  This pertains to all products shipped via these services 
  • By simply telling the seller that the product was damaged will not be acceptable for a return. 
  • If your product is  not within the boundary of manufacturer defect nor shipping errors when received, we reserve the right to challenge the return 
  • All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
  • We are very serious against false claims. Any attempts with intend to manipulate our system will result in appropriate repercussions.

We Can Make a Mistake..we are Human...

  •  If seller should send incorrect product to buyer, buyer must notify seller ASAP (within the  3 days of  receipt of product) for seller to make arrangements for buyer to receive correct product. 
  • Buyer cannot open, or use the product in any way,  or the buyer forgoes their return for correct product.
  • We encourage you NOT to open a case in the Resolution Center...we will work with you

Returns:

  • We accept returns or exchanges on any unopened, unused products. If you wish to return your unopened, unused, product, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.  Returns will not be accepted without this number

    Please note per county law: No Beauty nor Skincare products may be returned if they are opened or used!

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item and must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.  

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval or the return will not be accepted
  • The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returns. 

  • All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued. 

  • Upon receipt of a return, please allow at least  7 days to process your refund. Your refund will exclude all postage costs associated with the shipment of the product to you 

  • Please note there is a restocking fee on product returns of 25%, though this may be waived in some cases

  •  If there is a return, the batch number MUST correlate with the one sent to you
