· All of our products
are brand new and fresh, and they have never been opened, used, or tested in
any way.
· We do not sell
overstocks, expired product, or used products.
· The products will
arrive to you new and fresh, exactly as they are manufactured.
· Please note that some manufacturers
package their products with a seal while others do not
· Some products come with
boxes, some do not, they all are direct from the factory
· Some products come in a
box, some do not; buyer is aware of this prior to purchasing any products from seller.
Buyer agrees that they will not hold seller responsible in anyway
in regards to feedback, or questions regarding any product that comes without a
box or seal.
Please Note that all shipments will have their batch numbers
recorded. If there is a return, the batch number MUST correlate with
the one sent to you.
· Eminence products Do Not have expiration dates
on them. Not on the boxes, not on the bottle, or jar or Anyplace!!!
· Most moisturizers and
masques come with a seal inside the lid, though this seal is meant to protect
the product from going onto the lid. It
is not a tight seal and is not meant to be a “ Protective” type of seal

The Seller assumes no
responsibility if buyer has a reaction to product purchased. Product is not produced, nor manufactured, by
seller.

assumes no responsibility for efficacy of product or any possible skin
reactions
· We are not, nor claim to
be, a representative of, or affiliated in any way, with the manufacturer.
· If buyer is not satisfied
with the product/products received, the buyer MUST contact seller to discuss
any problems or questions PRIOR to leaving any feedback.
· Buyer CAN NOT leave negative feedback about seller if buyer does
not contact seller in regards to any unfavorable situation that may have
occurred with product/products, Buyer & Seller must engage in a dialogue
where the situation can be worked out. This is a
MANDATORY Obligation on the part of the buyer to adhere to when purchasing
any items from seller,
· We cannot be responsible
if your account has the wrong address or any incorrect information
listed. We ship to the location that is listed
· If the your address
is incorrect in your account and the package is sent; then returned to us; it will
be the buyer's responsibility to pay the expense to reship product. If
the buyer chooses not to pay the additional shipping charges to reship, the
original purchase price will be returned to the buyer, LESS the expense of
shipping the original Package ( this applies to ALL products, even those items
that have FREE shipping). Please check your address in your account
· It is the Buyer's responsibility to
follow up that their package is received in a timely manner. If the
buyer does not receive their package; the buyer needs to contact the
seller to track the package, or buyer should check the status of
package via the tracking number which is sent to them from the
seller. If the buyer sees there is a problem in the tracking
information (i.e., no information showing up), or does not receive the product
within the time frame outlined (per E Bay listing when item is purchased) it is
the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact seller!! This
information needs to be reported 3 days of the expected delivery
date. USPS needs to open a case (a case number will be assigned) the
sooner the case is open, the easier it will be to track. The longer it
takes to open the case, the more time the package has to slip away, and
longer time for USPS to locate it. Seller cannot be held responsible if the buyer
takes longer then the stated time above, from 3 day receiving date to
report the problem. If this should occur, buyer agrees
that they cannot give negative feedback to seller, nor, hold seller responsible
for anything until the investigation is concluded, which can take an
undefined amount of time
· Shipping: Shipping time is
normally 3 days or less. Days are business days (Monday through
Friday). Holidays are not considered business
days. All orders placed after 5 PM EST are considered purchases for the
next business day. Please take this into consideration when placing your
order and before contacting us to find out when your order is being shipped.

When orders are shipped, we send out an Email with shipping
information. If you do not receive an
email, please contact us. There have
been times when there are glitches in the system, but, it is the buyer’s
responsibility to inform us since we are unaware if this should happen
· If you need your
order expedited please inform us at the time your order
is placed!!!
· Upon confirming the sale, the buyer agrees to & aware of all said polices & notes
in listing, which serves as a contract between seller & buyer.
