Shipping:
Shipping time
is normally 2 days or less. Days are business days (Monday through
Friday). Holidays are not considered business
days. All orders placed after 1 PM EST are considered purchases for the
next business day. Please take this into consideration when placing your
order and before contacting us to find out when your order is being shipped.
· When orders are shipped,
we send out an Email with shipping information.If you do not receive an email, please

Products Arriving Damaged :
If
product is damaged, seller will request a picture of the damaged
product. The picture MUST show the product damaged at time received

comply with photographs requested, sometimes in lieu of actually
returning the product to sender.
By simply telling the seller that the product was
damaged will not be acceptable for a return.
If there is a return, the batch number MUST correlate with the one sent to you

Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on any unopened, unused products. If you
wish to return your unopened, unused, product, please contact us to
request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without this number

original, unopened packaging.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval or the return will not be accepted

costs for returns.
