Shipping: We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy * All of our products are brand new and fresh, and they have never been opened, used, or tested in any way. * We do not sell overstocks, expired product, or used products. * The products will arrive to you new and fresh, exactly as they are manufactured. * Please note that some manufacturers package their products with a seal while others do not * Many products (especially Eminence) come with a seal between the lid and the actually product. The seal says, "Sealed for your Protection". Many times when you open the jar the seal automatically breaks, and many times you can hear a gentle popping sound. This may then appear that the item was opened, but, was not. We do not touch any products and they are sent to you the way I receive it from the company. ♥ * Some products come in a box, some do not, that is the way they are shipped from the manufacturer * Please be advised that on items with free shipping, there is no insurance. Insurance is available at an additional cost. You must request it either by sending an email at the time when order is placed, or put a note on your Pay Pal payment, and we will get back to you and tell you the cost. * Please note that if you choose not to insure your item/items we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.
