DESCRIPTIONS - Style #3068 is one of our black formal dresses that has sold well over the years.   We have sold this to clients looking for black mother of the bride dresses as well as some clients who wanted a more mature looking pageant wear piece.  The solid rhinestone band at the top bust line was made with large pointed back rhinestones.  There is tight shirring on the bust and then the cut under the bust line creates an empire waist feel for a really flattering cut.

We have made this in velvet as well as chiffon.  The fabric can be whatever you want when being made new.  We can also use a different embellishment for the bust line if you like or no beading at all.  Even though this is one of those off the shoulder style cuts this would be a great design to add long sleeves as well.
