Here we have a  800 "R" in shield?  Very Ornate Holder? Frame, roses.  We purchased from a recent Estate.  We Purchase our items on a weekly and or daily base from Local Estate sales and Daily House calls.  All our items are fresh to our Site as we purchase them, sometimes we do relist an item or put the item in our ebay store.     This Basket has a trademark on the back with a large "R" inside a shield, also 800, it looks like a half moon and a crown.  It has a very nice ornate design, check out the photo's. It has drapes of roses on the side and a fan of leafs on the handle area.  It is little over 3 1/4" wide at top, the bottom is 3" wide, 2 1/4" tall.  Very nice, just needs a little silver polish to brighten it up.  I was told this was from the late 1800's.  You be the judge.
