Shipping: We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers. Purchases are shipped within 2 business days (but normally on the same day of payment), and should arrive no later than 3-5 days.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to states outside of California. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Warranty: We guarantee our products up to 14- days from delivery confirmation to your door. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival to take advantage of the full 14 days. Any issues with any products sold by Deallaptops within this 14-day period needs to be handled by Deallaptops and only Deallaptops. The 14-day warranty is void if the laptop has been worked on or upgraded by the buyer, family members, friends, or independent technicians. Problems with any merchandise sold by Deallaptops needs to be addressed with Deallaptops during the warranty period, before any further action is taken, regardless of the urgency or circumstance.

Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. All items for sale should be clearly listed with the color, specs, and things included. If we have made an error please let us know and we can correct it. Returns will not be accepted on items that were service or modified by the buyer, family members, friends, or an independent technician.
