We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Orders can take up to 3 days to be processed (Handling time).
Our orders are shipped from 12pm to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Orders within the State of Florida take between 1 to 3 business days, for the surrounding States about 3 to 5 business days, and for the East Coast it can take up to a week.
If orders are needed quickly, please take the proper precautions, not only ordering ahead of time, but also letting us know of the situation.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.
All of the specifications are shown on the listing. If there is additional information needed/missing, please contact us so we can make it available to you.
Modifications done disregarding the guidelines provided in the listing, or personally by us, such as painting with other products, placing the tiles in other places.
If you are unsatisfied with the items that you have purchased, you have seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the product to return them without incurring an extra penalty for a refund, the Shipping and Handling, eBay charges, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the full refund.

To get refund, the first thing is to contact us as soon as possible, in case the reason of the return is because of damage to the order by the freight company, we will need pictures as well. Regardless of the reason, you must return all of the purchased items in their original package, unused and in the same condition as they were received.
No returns will be accepted after 30 day. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns made after the 7th day the order is received at your home. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the invoice.
