We combine shipping charges on teas, spices and herbs. First ounce ships for $3.95 and each additional ounce is only $.50 more. This offer pertains only to our teas, spices and herbs sold by the ounce. If you purchase $50 in tea, spices, and herbs combined then shipping is free! US shipping only. We're sorry but cannot offer free International shipping. We do offer combined shipping in a flat rate Priority Mail envelope for International Buyers, but all tea bags/sachets must be removed from the boxes or tins and therefore these boxes and tins cannot be shipped flat rate along with teabags/sachets. We will do what we can to help save you money on shipping!
If you're looking for a particular herb, spice or tea, and you do not see it in our store, let us know and we'll let you know if we have it or when we will have it. We sell by herbs, spices and teas also in bulk (more than an ounce). Item cannot be shipped until payment clears on OUR end. If
you live in California, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or outside the USA
then shipping may cost more for your area. Please email before

for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working
outside the home, having a household and family to take care of, and
rising gas prices, I'm only able to ship twice weekly most of the time.

that up front via email. Also, when paying by PayPal, they let you
write a note to the Seller. I read these "Notes." Communication is very

Insurance is optional but highly recommended since we are not
responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes
items that are shipped with USPS insurance. We highly recommend you
insure your items with USPS insurance because if your item becomes
damaged, lost and/or misdirected you will have to file a claim with the
post office to recoup your loss since we are NOT responsible for any of
the above. We only ship fresh brand
new never used (or installed) items so when the item you purchase from
us leaves our hands it is brand new, undamaged and it's description
accurately describes said item. I apologize ahead of time for any
