 We accept PayPal. If this is a problem please let us know. Item cannot be shipped until payment clears on OUR end. Shipping to California, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and outside the US. If you purchase and pay without emailing for correct shipping costs, you will be sent an invoice through PayPal for the additional shipping. Item will not be sent until entire amount of correct shipping amount has been paid.
