This is a brand new coat, robe, hat hook in an Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish. Screws are included as shown in picture. Oval base is approximately 1-3/4 inches tall and approximately 1-1/4 inches wide at widest point. Hook itself is approximately 5 inches tall from tallest point to lowest point. Not all hooks have packaging but are 100% brand new and never installed. Items will be packaged securely so that none of them rub together to mar the finish. As for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working outside the home, having a household and family to take care of, and raising gas prices, I'm only able to ship twice weekly. Insurance is optional but highly recommended since we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes items that are shipped with USPS insurance. We highly recommend you insure your items with USPS insurance because if your item becomes damaged, lost and/or misdirected you will have to file a claim with the post office to recoup your loss since we are NOT responsible for any of the above. We only ship brand new never installed items so when the item you purchase from us leaves our hands it is undamaged and it's description accurately describes said item. I apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this causes but due to dishonest people who we have tangled with, we are having to adopt this policy.
