I take feedback very seriously and always leave feedback once I have received feedback from a buyer letting me know they've recieved their item.
As for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working outside the home and also having a household and family to take care of, I can't always ship as quickly as I'd like. If you are purchasing an item from me and need it ASAP, please tell me that up front via email. We have also had to reduce our trips to the post office due to rising gas prices. Please take this into account when purchasing and leaving feedback/seller's ratings. Also, when paying by PayPal, they let you write a note to the Seller. Communication is also important to me so please keep in touch! People who purchase, do not pay and do not correspond will be reported to ebay as non payers! I'm and easy going person and communication is key! Any mention of 1-day shipping is for EXPRESS Get It Now shipping only and not for other items.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended since we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes items that are shipped with USPS insurance. We highly recommend you insure your items with USPS insurance because if your item becomes damaged, lost and/or misdirected you will have to file a claim with the post office to recoup your loss since we are NOT responsible for any of the above. We only ship brand new never installed items so when the item you purchase from us leaves our hands it is undamaged and it's description accurately describes said item. Warranty is through Manufacturer only. No warranty is expressed or implied through us on this product.
