As for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working outside the home and also having a household and family to take care of, as well as a farm, I can't always ship as quickly as I'd like and as of right now we ship only 2 time a week and do not ship on the weekends. If you are purchasing an item from me and need it ASAP, please tell me that up front via email. Also, when paying by PayPal, they let you write a note to the Seller. Communication is also important to me so please keep in touch! Please note: We purchase our faucets, parts, and other items directly from the Manufacturer which means these items may take 3-4 weeks for arrival. Be prepared; if you're needing a faucet, or other item, for the plumber installing the faucets in your home and need it at a certain time on a certain date then plan ahead in case of a delay. This means that it's better to play it safe and order your faucet(s) or part(s) a month or two in advance so you will have it before it's needed.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended since we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes items that are shipped with USPS insurance.
