This is a brand new Delta handle assembly with Rotational Limit Stop and handle in a Venetian Bronze Finish. Temperature knob and cover are sold seperately and are not included. As for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working outside the home and also having a household and family to take care of, I can't always ship as quickly as I'd like. If you are purchasing an item from me and need it ASAP, please tell me that up front via email. Also, when paying by PayPal, they let you write a note to the Seller. Communication is also important to me so please keep in touch! Also note that shipping charges include a handling charge to cover cost of materials, etc. 1-day shipping is for Express Mail only. Otherwise, we ship twice weekly due to rising gas prices and so forth.
Insurance may be optional or required but is highly recommended either way since we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes items that are shipped with USPS insurance. We highly recommend you insure your items with USPS insurance because if your item becomes damaged, lost and/or misdirected you will have to file a claim with the post office to recoup your loss since we are NOT responsible for any of the above. We only ship brand new never installed items so when the item you purchase from us leaves our hands it is undamaged and it's description accurately describes said item. I apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this causes but due to dishonest people who we have tangled with, we are having to adopt this policy. We are now having to require that some items be insured an no longer offer "optional" insurance, especially on breakable items.
