As for shipping; I try to ship as quickly as possible, but due to working outside the home, having a household and family to take care of, and raising gas prices, I'm only able to ship twice weekly. If you are purchasing an item from me and need it ASAP, please tell me that up front via email. Also, when paying by PayPal, they let you write a note to the Seller. I read these "Notes." Insurance is optional but highly recommended since we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected items and this includes items that are shipped with USPS insurance. We highly recommend you insure your items with USPS insurance because if your item becomes damaged, lost and/or misdirected you will have to file a claim with the post office to recoup your loss since we are NOT responsible for any of the above. We only ship brand new never installed items so when the item you purchase from us leaves our hands it is undamaged and it's description accurately describes said item. I apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this causes but due to dishonest people who we have tangled with, we are having to adopt this policy.
