You are getting a gallon Hefty zip lock bag stuffed full of green living Sphagnum moss. It is fresh and 100% UNtreated. There has been no kind of pesticides or anything harmful used around this moss. It is perfect for terrariums or aquarium set ups for frogs, salamanders, millipedes, etc. or for orchids. Gallon bag is stuffed full and is heavy! I'm talking pounds here and not ounces. You will be getting over 2 pounds worth! Please note that cost of shipping reflects this heaviness! Since this moss is all-natural, please expect a small amount of natural debris such as dirt and leaves, twigs and such. We strive to remove this but of course we can not remove them entirely or it would have caused the clumps to fall apart. Rest assured you will NOT be getting a whole lot of dirt and a little bit of moss! If any of the moss has dirt, then the moss is growing in it and this is a boon to you!!!! This is really NICE moss and NOT junk. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality, amount and price of this moss compared to other types of dead, dried moss found elsewhere. Again, this is LIVING green mountain moss! We cannot and do not offer any type of guarantee for this type of material due to its "live" nature and limited quantity as well as seasonal changes.
