This is a new with tags size 10, Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent girls casual dress with a gorgeous pattern and 100% acrylic. It is made in the USA!!!!!
It is 12" from under armpit to other under armpit, and it is 31" long but since it is a tie halter, the hem can be pulled up or lengthened just by where the halter straps are tied. It is 100% acrylic and it is made in the USA. It also says to dry clean but I think you can machine wash gentle cold.
The Pattern is floral with colors of a true orange, green, navy, purple, yellow, white, pink, rose. It is soft and the back had a 1" band with stretch so it will stay in place. This is such a pretty dress and a great item to wear to garden parties or for everyday since it is more casual than dressy. It is an eye opener and any girl who wears this, will be complimented and noticed. Cynthia Vincent dresses run for over $170.00 because it is not for an infant, it will fit for a while and then when she grows out of it, it is easy to sell on ebay. This is quality, designer and the kind of dress carried in Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom. I purchased this when there were a few extra's and they went immediately! Thanks for looking.
