This is a brand new Nicole Miller dress with tags from Nicole Miller. The MSRP is $385.00 and it is on the tag. It has a hankerchief bottom with many lengths of fabric the longest being 39" & the shortest being 24". It is misses size small and the fabric is sheer gauze, 100% silk.
The salesman showed me that the sleeves, which are vertical can be used at full 6" or pulled into a vertical halter which could be 2" wide. It can be worn off the shoulder too.
From the top of the sleeve, 6" down, there is a cinched bodice which is 5" from top to bottom.Under the bodice is the fabric in various lengths. It is lightweight and should be worn with Spanx so you can't see through to your under garments. The pattern consists of florals,geometric, and very eclectic. The color is primarily purple which is light with other colors including rust,blue,gold, green,brown,turquoise, black,  white,seafoam,black and light green.
The picture with shows the bottom is the most accurate with the colors. It is a very difficult dress to photograph because is I or the dress moves, the colors change. My feeling is that the photo of the bottom hankerchief accurately show the color. I have also put the price tag which is a Nicole Miller tag has the style B30379, the MSRP of $385.00, the material, 100% silk and it also says LAV which I think stands for lavender. It is 17" wide from under the armpit to under the armpit.
It is a small and I wouldn't recommend this if you have a large bust. There is nothing wrong with this dress, it is a salesman's sample totally appropriate for summer. It was sold at Neiman Marcus and it is no longer available since it sold out. It is dry clean only and I purchased this for me but again, I can't afford to keep it. It can be a bathing suit cover up, worn with short leggings and heels or flats but there is no doubt that everyone will notice this dress. It is in perfect condition, it is brand new and has been hung in plastic since I bought it a month ago. This is a deal that is incredible. I do take returns within 7 days if it doesn't fit. it is also part of Nicole Miller's Collection. It is so beautiful and I have never seen any dress that comes close to this design.
