You are bidding on a rare booklet entitled Dance With Fire: "Mountain-Topway" of the Navaho. This is one in a series of annual Christmas booklets produced by William and Leslie Denman between circa 1946 and 1952. Each booklet contains a special full-page color print. This one contains a print entitled "The Fire Dance" by Navajo artist Tsin Nah Jinnie. Each booklet was printed by The Grabhorn Press of San Francisco in a limited edition of 500. Rarely are they dated, but this one has a 1952 copyright date. The booklet measures 9 x 11.5-inches in size and contains 9 pages. Like all their booklets, this one is hand-bound by string. See photos for more details. This booklet is in very good condition. It has clean covers with darkening around the edges and a small crease in the bottom front corner. The interior is in mint condition. Clean throughout with no markings or soiling. String binding remains tight and square. A very nice copy!
