You are bidding on a metal bank in the shape of a spiked helmut from circa the 1960s. There are no manufacturer's mark, but there is a small label on the bottom that reads "Made in Japan." The circular base measures 2.5-inches in diameter and the height is 5-inches. The coin slot is in the rear of the helmut and the base unscrews to release the coins. See photos for more details. This bank appears brand new showing no damage or wear to the painted surface. There are two small casting cracks on the rear side--one on the base of the helmut and the other one at the bottom edge of the base. A very nice bank!
