You are bidding on a metal bank manufactured by Banthrico, Inc. of Chicago. It was issued for the Beehive State Bank of Salt Lake City, UT (seen on bottom of bank). The hive sits on a 4"-square base that has small four legs. The height of the bank is also 4" with a slit at the top for coins. It weighs 14.8 ounces. The bank key is missing.

This bank is in excellent condition. It has no cracks or chips in the metal. All the screws are present. Lettering on the bottom is complete and clear. The only damage I can find are a couple of small rubbed spots on the hive rings. A choice colletor's example of this model.
