Franklyn Cole Sherman.  It was published in 1923 by the Temple Press.  The pamphlet measures 3.5 x 5.25-inches in size and contains 16 pages.  It was issued by The American Guild of Health as Applied Religion Booklet No. 2.  See photos for more details.

This pamphlet is in mint condition except for age-darkening to the edges and a tiny indent in the rear cover.  Clean throughout with no markings or soiling.  Stapled binding remains tight and square.  A choice copy of this rare title!
