It was published in 1967 by Pergamon Press and this is a stated First Edition copy. The book measures 7.5 x 10-inches in size and contains 428 pages including an author and subject index. This book is in near mint condition. It has a clean dust jacket with light edge rubbing, but no holes, tears, chips, or creases (except for a vertical crease in front flap). Front flap has been price-clipped. The book covers are in mint condition showing no wear or damage. Former owner's name on back of front cover and blind stamp on first blank page and first page of subject index. No damage to pages, but there are few binding creases. (Some light age spotting on title page only.) No cracks to interior hinges. Binding remains tight and square. A very nice copy!
